Mr. Robert Falkenstern is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars. He is also a member of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Falkenstern's practice concentrates primarily in the areas of zoning, land use and development, residential/commercial real estate, civil litigation, intellectual property, tax appeals and business transactions.
Mr. Falkenstern received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering in 2007 and received his Juris Doctor from Pace Law School in 2010. While attending law school, Mr. Falkenstern interned for the Honorable Peter Melchionne of the Superior Court Family Division in Hackensack, New Jersey.
