Ms. Vanessa Falkenstern, formerly a full-time associate, now serves the firm in the capacity “of counsel”. She is currently employed as a legal editor for Gann Law Books.
Ms. Vanessa Falkenstern’s practice areas for the firm has encompassed land use and development, tax appeals, matrimonial law, business formations, wills and trusts, municipal court representation, and civil and chancery litigation. She has served as municipal public defender in several municipalities in Bergen County.
Ms. Falkenstern received a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Rutgers College in 2006. She received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in 2010. While attending law school, she interned for the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, J.S.C. now the U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Melanos Toskos, J.S.C. Ret., in Hackensack, New Jersey.
